1. Scope

These terms apply to access to and use of the meck-it.com website and all content made available through it. Consulting and implementation services are governed exclusively by the separate contracts concluded for them and, where expressly agreed, by our general terms and conditions (AGB), which we provide on request.

2. Purpose of the website

The website serves solely to provide general information about the activities of Meck'IT. It does not constitute an offer, case-specific advice, or any binding commitment.

3. Rights of use

All content — text, graphics, diagrams, logos, photographs and source code — is protected by copyright. Display in a browser and making individual copies for purely personal, non-commercial purposes are permitted.

4. Prohibited use

Any use that impairs the operation of the website, circumvents security mechanisms, seeks unauthorised access to systems, or violates applicable law is prohibited.

We are liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. Clients, partners and references are named with their consent. Third-party quotations reflect the opinion of their authors.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

German law applies. To the extent legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is Schwerin. In the event of discrepancies between language versions, the German version prevails.

We may amend these terms at any time. The version published at the time of access applies.
